Our yearly Annual Meeting of the Members is coming up on November 7th at 6PM at Lot 5 (fifth house on the left side entering the neighborhood).
Meeting Agenda Highlights
We will be discussing several key topics relevant to all homeowners:
- Georgia 2024 HB220 (Act 388) and 2026 SB406 “Georgia Property Owners’ Bill of Rights Act”
- Bylaws Proposed Revisions: We will discuss the draft updates from HB220 (Act 388) and SB406
- Community Updates: We will provide updates on the status of the front entrance and other ongoing maintenance.
- Financial Review: A comprehensive financial update for the association.
We strongly encourage all homeowners to attend this meeting to stay informed, voice your opinions, and participate in the election. Your input and attendance are essential for the effective governance of our community. I will send a proxy form that can be completed online or submitted on paper in the event you are unable to attend.
