Redesigned Website

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! If you have been to our website lately, it has been undergoing a major redesign as of late. Our web hosting company (Bluehost) discontinued supporting their own web development software, causing a lot of issues with our website over the past year. I have spent a few hours with their technical support over this past year in trying to maintain the website due to various errors.

So this past month I completely deleted the website and started over from scratch, using a free version of a web builder called Elementor. We have five main pages now. The ACC page features everything you need regarding the Architectural Committee. You can find links to submit an Application for Residential Improvement (ARI) here, a Concerns and Complain Form, and email link to the ACC for supporting ARI documents.

The ABOUT US page features the history of the area where our neighborhood resides, Declaration of Covenants, ACC Documents, and Online Private Policy agreement. HOA NEWS is our HOA blog, featuring stories like this one. You can respond to these stories online as well. The PAYMENT page features information on HOA Dues, Late Fees, Homeowner’s Buy-In fee and more. Links are available to make payments online through Stripe. In addition to those pages, an EMAIL US button is featured in the heading navigation bar. Clicking this button will start an email to the HOA Board.

I will be starting a series on the ACC Guidelines to highlight our the community guidelines. Be sure to plan ahead and submit your Application for Residential Improvements early. Our ACC volunteers need time to review the submitted applications.
