Artificial Intelligence is here and is now on the HOA website! I’ve added a ChatAI program at no-cost to the HOA to help with questions that homeowners may have of the HOA. So what is ChatAI?
ChatAI is an artificial intelligence (AI) program that uses text-based conversations to interact with users. It uses AI techniques, such as natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML), to understand and respond to user questions or commands in real time.
Natural language processing (NLP) is a machine learning technology that gives computers the ability to interpret, manipulate, and comprehend human language. Organizations today have large volumes of voice and text data from various communication channels like emails, text messages, social media newsfeeds, video, audio, and more. They use NLP software to automatically process this data, analyze the intent or sentiment in the message, and respond in real time to human communication.
Machine learning (ML) is a subset of artificial intelligence (AI) that uses mathematical models and algorithms to help computers learn without direct instruction. ML uses patterns identified in data to create models that can make predictions. As a computer gains more data and experience, its ML results become more accurate, similar to how humans improve with practice.

It is available every day at harrisestateshoa.com. If it doesn’t know the answer to your question, it will send me a notification to respond.
