Our yearly Annual Meeting of the Members is coming up on December 6th at 6PM at Lot 5 (fifth house on the left side entering the neighborhood). This is an important meeting where we will discuss critical community matters and elect new leadership. We will be electing Board members for the 2026-2027 terms. Meeting Agenda Highlights
We will be discussing several key topics relevant to all homeowners:
- Proposed Amendments to the Declaration: A discussion and potential vote on a few proposed changes to our governing documents.
- Community Updates: We will provide updates on the status of the front entrance and other ongoing maintenance.
- Financial Review: A comprehensive financial update for the association.
- Election of 2026-2027 Board Members.
We strongly encourage all homeowners to attend this meeting to stay informed, voice your opinions, and participate in the election. Your input and attendance are essential for the effective governance of our community. I will send a proxy form that can be completed online or submitted on paper after November 7th in the event you are unable to attend.
