This is a reminder that our Annual HOA Meeting will be held on Saturday, December 6th at 6:00 PM at 112 Harris Estates Drive.
If you’re unable to attend in person, please be sure to submit a proxy form in advance. Your participation—whether in person or by proxy—is essential to ensure we meet quorum and can conduct the necessary business of the HOA.
The following individuals are running for the 2026-2027 HOA Board: Greg Adams (President), David Smith (Treasurer) and Erik Swindlehurst (Secretary). Board Members are not allowed to serve more than 3 consecutive 2-year terms (Bylaws Article III)
As a thank-you, one homeowner who submits a proxy will be randomly selected to receive a $25 Gift Card! One Harris Estates homeowner in attendance will win a $50 Gift Card. All proxy forms must be completed and received before the meeting begins.

HOA PRINTED FORM: Preferred method is to submit your proxy using the online form. Drop off any printed forms at the Secretary’s house (Lot 29) in the mailbox at least 1 hour prior to the beginning of the HOA Meeting.
