March is here at last, and we’re ready to say goodbye to the winter chill! The daffodils and forsythias are bursting into bloom. Area dogwood trees are showing off their lovely white-pink flowers. Don’t forget, Daylight Savings Time begins on March 8th at 2 AM, so we’ll spring forward an hour! The Spring equinox arrives on March 20th, welcoming the first day of Spring. It’s such a wonderful time when the Earth enjoys equal hours of daylight and night.
DID YOU FORGET TO PAY YOUR DUES?
If for some reason you forgot to pay your annual homeowner’s assessment, there is a $25 late fee that has been assessed on your account. The late fee is $25 per month. You candrop off your check with your late fee at the Treasurer’s mailbox, mail it to the HOA at PO Box 72591 Newnan GA 30271, or pay online by click the link below.

Spring is the busy season for projects in the neighborhood. Here are a few items below that you would need to get approval by the ACC.
- Exterior Painting of your Home
- New Mailbox
- Removal of Live Trees
- New Fence
- Adding a Swimming Pool
- New Roof
- Extension of the Driveway
- Addition of an exterior structure
Our volunteers on the ACC are responsive. However, please submit your ARI at a minimum of 15 days prior to your project. You can submit your request by clicking the button below.
